I started in financial services. Equity analysis. Investment research. Rooms full of institutional investors with no patience for being unprepared.
I learned early what it means to walk into a meeting with your context sharp. And what it costs when you don't.
From there, consulting. Working directly with founders and senior professionals across law, financial advisory, and recruitment.
Then I co-founded KerriJames, a growth agency built for law firms. For nearly six years I co-ran operations from the inside. The workflows, the client systems, the infrastructure that keep a services business moving without everything running through one person.
